Another season of indoor cycling is just beginning! Dont let this one get going without doing something to keep that great cycling fitness.
Rev Cycling indoor cycling classes are a great way to keep that fitness. You can start now to keep in shape all winter!
This class is specifically designed to introduce you to a fitness class and cycling in general. Workouts have moderate intensity activities with modest recovery. We will concentrate on shifting, pedalling efficiency and riding position.
Don't go to gym with uncomfortable spin bikes, ride on your own bicycle! You don't need a membership. You don't need your own expensive equipment and room in the basement. You don't even have to know how to ride a bike.
Just show up at Revolution Cycles and be ready to pedal!
Bring a bike, and bring a towel (we're gonna make you sweat!)
These beginner classes are designed to get your heart pumping, increase aerobic endurance and burn fat! We can also work with you on bicycle position, pedal cadence and technique, breathing, and shifting.
6 week session $45. Individual Classes $7.50
Store your bike at Revolution Cycles for $8 and have it set up by our staff ready to go when you get here.
