REV-CYCLING - Indoor Cycling Classes
Rev Cycling indoor cycling classes are 45 minutes of intense cardiovascular and aerobic exercise and are a great way to get into shape or to stay in shape.
Rev Cycling Plus is a 60 minute class consisting of 45 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of upper body strengthening.
You can start now to be ready for next spring riding.
Or you can continue to keep the fitness you built up this past summer.
OR, you can just get in shape!
What can be easier than bringing your own bike and trainer to a group session.
You don't need a membership. You don't need your own expensive equipment and room in the basement.
You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! Just show up at Revolution Cycles on Tuesday or Thursday evenings and be ready to pedal!
Bring a bike,
bring a trainer (or you can rent one at the shop),
bring a towel (we're gonna make you sweat!)
and bring a drink (cold energy drinks and water bottles available at the shop)
Get here in time to set up and be ready to go when class starts.
Whether you are a beginner or pro, these classes are designed to get your heart pumping, increase aerobic endurance and burn fat!
We can also work with you on bicycle position, pedal cadence and technique, breathing, and shifting.

Tuesdays 7pm-------Rev Cycling-----------January 4 - March 1-------45 minute sessions
Thursdays 7pm------Rev Cycling Plus-----January 6 - March 3-------60 minute sessions
9 week session $40.
Individual Classes $6
Private Lessons $20.
Trainer Rental $2.50 per class.
